I'm recovering from an injury and I always feel like the classes are easy to modify. Ashley was amazing! It was a slower burn class, but I still feel like I got a great workout!She really stretches us out, and gives clear instructions on how to maximize the stretch. I liked her tempo, clear instructions and almost sterness in her voice. Thoroughly enjoyed the class, and will definitely check out her other classes.

I had to stop and take a break a few times to keep up and I am in fairly decent shape. The energy level, fun personality, dedication to making everyone reflected what a great coach she is. she made you feel welcome and for all to work at their own level. I feel so lucky to have two back-to-back really good workouts. This is the first time I have been to the sculpt swan but I am definitely going to make this a regular class it put you on another level of sculpt goals. Even the people in the class were all athletic showing me yet another reason for me to keep coming. GOALS!

One of my favorite parts of the experience was having my own individual sauna. It was peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Having that personal space allowed me to disconnect from the outside world, slow down, and truly focus on myself. The entire experience felt elevated and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere where you can relax, recharge, and simply enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. Sometimes we all need to pause, breathe, relax, and reset, and ULU Wellness provided exactly that experience for me.
