Coach Angela was amazing super energetic, patient, and really clear with her instructions, which made it easy to follow even as a beginner. Valen, the staff, was also very friendly and welcoming, making the whole atmosphere feel comfortable and fun. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

I was a little nervous and struggled to keep up at times, but Yolanda was such a great teacher — super patient, detailed and encouraging. I feel like her class is very beginner-friendly, even for someone with no experience. I’m sure with a few more practices I’ll get better. It’s also a really fun way to get some cardio in!

Most chose strength but myself and 3 others chose cardio. Couple rounds of stations working thru several pods of ski erg, stationary bikes, row and weights. There were monitors showing the moves. Cardio was tough but I walked out accomplished!

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.
