ver todas as avaliaçõesThe food was good but the beef was too little and mostly fat. So when I ate, it felt like I was just eating beef fat bowl. The proper slide that had the meat with less fat was just 1 slice. The rest was fat. Flavour wise, it hit the spot. Place was nice, cosy, chill, clean. Service was good. So it felt like ashamed to have a good place but the main bowl was below average. Added extra omelette because it was too like protein. If they add more beef and reduce the fat it will be 5/5! Overall it's still good, and I'd still come to try other menu

Excellent service recovery from the staff! Particular shoutout to Eileen who really impressed with her empathy and warm reception. And to Ben who made sure to give a friendly smile and another apology the next day. Keep up the service excellence guys, you’ve won me over.
