This was my first ever hot yoga class and I wish I had just a bit more guidance at the beginning, but it seemed everyone was a regular there and knew how it all worked. Would return if in town ♥️

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class, environment, and instructor were phenomenal. The class was relaxing, restoring, and balancing. No difficult poses, just luxurious stretches and mindful breathing. The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room. The environment was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. 10/10 would attend again!

Just be mindful and cross check with their website before you book to make sure you’re in the right class!
