ver todas as avaliaçõesI still rated it 5 stars, but I didn’t quite enjoy the class as much because I find it really hard to follow when the instructor isn’t demonstrating the moves herself. Her energy was through the roof, and she went around correcting everyone, which was fantastic. I just think it would be much easier to follow if she demoed the movements on the machine herself instead of relying mostly on verbal cues or asking a student to demonstrate, which can get a little confusing. Otherwise, it was a great class with an amazing instructor.
