see all reviewsLily gave me an ok haircut. I had to repeat my requests a few times and she didnt entirely do what i asked. My content was for 3 and i wasn’t seen until almost 330. She acknowledged my wait, but excused it due to another customer adding onto their experience. Rather than telling them to wait and honoring my appointment, I was left waiting with no notice of the delay. I would have left if it weren’t for my prepaid experience. The salon was very confused with class pass and kept asking if I paid and even called the owner who looked at the notes on my reservation which were available to everyone confirming the payment. The entire experience took so long I was almost late to my next appointment.
