She is motivating and engaging the entire time, and I like that she shouts out people in the room by section and even by name. Spicy Sundays are now a must in my weekly routine. Highly recommend.

It happened that I was the only person who showed up in the class today. Coach Nihal and Blake were cheering me on and doing the workouts with me the entire time so that I didn’t feel alone. Love the class! 10/10 recommend!
