ver todas as avaliaçõesI don’t usually like attending the Balwyn studio due to older facilities, but Tara makes it worthwhile! This was the best hot strength class I’ve done and I absolutely loved the way she incorporated Pilates postures throughout the class instead of doing boring strength exercises the whole time. It was also the perfect level of challenging and not too repetitive.
