    So great to have been to Hot Yoga class led by Jenna. Usually find Hot Yoga challenging, but today felt easy and really enjoyed it. As always, Jenna's class is well organised with music and lighting alongside clear and sympathetic instruction.

    Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

    Good class & instructor :) only 30 mins but managed to fit in 2 tabata circuits & definitely got my heart rate up! Included a few exercises I hadn’t done before but as it’s a small class (max 5 people) the instructor was able to spend time correcting everyone’s form which was great.

    The gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
