    I love that this class is open to all levels. If it had been restricted to intimate/adv, I wouldn’t have been able to push myself and reach new levels. I did my first standing straight leg stretch pose with you. Thank you Antonia for a fantastic class. This instructor was encouraging; she gave great cues on how to progress our movements for less beginner practisers like me to feel accomplished.

    A fun class with a really lovely and welcoming instructor. It would have been good if she’d had a microphone though as it was difficult to hear instructions over the music. I couldn’t see any toilets or water fountain so come prepared!

    Morning Flow

    Elizabeth’s classes are excellent. They are playful and interesting with a great playlist. Her instructions are very clear, she is encouraging and promotes a non judgement attitude towards the practice. I travel from Tooting specifically for her classes! I would not recommend these classes for complete beginners without knowledge of the basics. You will leave her class energised, and happy!
