ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

The studio, and the other guests, had a wonderful energy. The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary.
