The instructor was clear with directions and walked around the room to help everyone or add springs as needed. The studio is also very aesthetic and clean. There is a spin class next door which i’d have to check out next time. Unfortunately I don’t live here but if I did this place would have my annual membership money. Thank you!!!

The class was brilliantly structured, with a strong focus on the glutes, and I could feel the burn from beginning to end. What really sets her classes apart is the intensity and effectiveness of the workout. Unlike some reformer sessions that feel more like general fitness classes, this was a genuinely challenging, high-intensity pilates workout. She’s my favorite instructor at PLTS now (next to Lorenzo C., who used to teach at Westblaak).

She is very good at explaining the exercises and guiding you through the practice. She is also excellent at correcting your posture, improving your balance, and increasing your range of motion while ensuring you don't feel any pain. The studio is beautiful, cozy, and intimate, with only a few reformers, which is a huge plus!

It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. Véronique, ancienne danseuse étoile, apporte quelque chose de différents aux exercices, elle veille à toujours rappeler les bonnes postures du bassin et du dos.
