The atmosphere was amazing and during the class, I really had a calm moment with myself! It was not too spiritual, just the right amount in order to get more connected to my body!

The movements are quite ‘boring’ but done in a repetitive manner, to the beat and with lots of positive reinforcement from the trainer makes it more interesting. Pretty intense and I would say: don’t go if you’re looking for a more peaceful and relaxed class. I’ll definitely be back!
