The Instructor Shelby was incredible she really pushed us and gave us great cues on how to perfect and balance in every pose. It is HOT 105! So come prepared for that. I forgot a hair tie and they had them in the lobby!! I’ll definitely be back .

This was my first experience with this type of class and I can’t wait to try the others. I am in town visiting but will be back for sure and recommend to all my friends. My new favorite studio in Bend!

The room had a nice vibe and the people were all friendly. Will definitely come back for another Bike and Beats class and am eager to look into the others!
