My favorite form of yoga is Ashtanga and this class had a lot of elements that reminded me of what I love about Ashtanga. I enjoy power yoga and many American interpretations of yoga but this was “real” yoga.

This was my first session it was hard for me to keep up. But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.
