    Mindful Flow - In-Studio

    This class is almost like power yoga in that she moves quickly, which is sort of funny because she frequently says to ‘take your time,’ but there isn’t much time to take. That said, the stretching is very comprehensive, and I felt like from head to toe I checked in with every muscle of my body. I loved it! But I’ve noticed other reviewers were looking for something more slow paced and for them they might want to check out a different class.

    (Mandatory) Intro to LMU Backpoint

    To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never heard of bungee fitness before. The class was great - Tatyana was friendly and paced the class well so that we got to “fly” and I worked up a good sweat! I’m excited to try this again.
