It started off with a nice breath-work to arrive followed by Clarissa taking the time to discuss the areas that needed more focus. She was very meticulous and attentive to every knot in my body and I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed! The studio is nice and clean, ambience was relaxing with some music in the background that made it very cosy.
