Joanna’s gentle and calm guidance helped me relax as if I were meditating.nut not yoga ish , which I really liked! I’m so sad that she won’t be teaching classes here anymore, but I sincerely wish her all the best in her future endeavors. I’m really looking forward to taking your Pilates class at another studio someday. Thank you so much 😊

The area of the studio where the class takes place needs some attention though - the floor and mats weren’t very clean (mats need replacing to be honest) & other studios clean the floor between classes. The ankle weights I was given were still wet from someone using them recently also. The room wasn’t as hot as other hot studios either but it was still ok.

Challenging (not just because of the heat) and fun, but most importantly, I really appreciate her cueing and hands on form correction, something that’s unfortunately become really rare across the various Pilates studios in Berlin.
