ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was a really good experience. I appreciated Christin’s positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, as well as her incorporation of breathing techniques into yin yoga. The studio and atmosphere were also lovely. I do not quite understand why some people focus on minor inconveniences and leave harsh feedback, like the lack of extra-large changing rooms or other trivial matters. Not everything needs to be perfect. Back in Mysore, we practice without normal mats or designated spaces, and it is never an issue. I would encourage practicing gratitude over complaints, or simply choosing a different studio if it does not meet your expectations.
