ver todas as avaliaçõesLauren did a such a good job teaching and making everyone feel so welcomed. The class had a good split between complexity and relaxation. Also it’s mixed ability! Challenging for intermediate folks but also do open and welcoming to those trying it for the first time. A must try! Great after a long day at the office. The Powerfit team always impresses.
