ver todas as avaliaçõesHadn’t taken a hot yoga class in about five months. Despite being out of shape, I was able to go at my own pace. The instructor gave Great guidance during class. Instead of using all of the names for the different poses, she describes what your body is actually doing which I really appreciated and it helped me follow along. Warning it is very hot in there so take things at your own pace.
