Sometimes when you get caught up in the stress of life, it’s hard to center yourself and refocus your energy, but she was wonderful and I felt so rejuvenated after practice. The studio is clean and modern, and I loved the whole experience!

ver todas as avaliaçõesTracie was great! excellent and challenging class but she takes time to improve poses for a better workout/class session. Excellent class and instructor! Looking forward to going back. If i have to be picky- the 6am classes lights could be a tad dimmer for the slow risers, just a tad.
