Plenty to make you feel the burn, but she also made sure to check in on the new students and ensure they were safe and happy too. Wish the Classpass association continued because I love the flexibility to pop in when my schedule allows and catch up with these great people

ver todas as avaliaçõesA very friendly instructor who helped with form and was understanding. The pace was good and challenged all parts of the body. Although we didn’t use the magic circle or the ball, we did use the box to do different moves. The studio itself was very calming , clean and spacious . Would definitely go again for 5 credits on Class Pass!
