ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time trying Krav Maga and omg it was so much fun!! The class had such good vibes and our instructor was hilarious and knowledgeable. I loved learning stuff that I really feel like I could use as self defense in the real world. Highly recommend this class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI was kinda intimidated to go to this as beginner, but everyone was so friendly!! Really all kinds of levels in the class. If you don’t have your own gloves or shin guards, they have some you can borrow. It was a great cardio workout, and I could also feel my arms burning! Fun class to try out!
