ver todas as avaliaçõesThis outdoor high-intensity boot camp class was quite the workout! There’s lots of drills involved but the coaches/group were fun. The only issue was trying to find where the class meeting spot was since it was at a park! I suggest you call the number if you can’t find them 👍🏼 Also, the “how to prepare” mentioned bringing wraps and boxing gloves but we didn’t use them for this outdoor workout. I think it depends on the class you sign up for!
