The teacher has an incredibly thoughtful and holistic approach — she actually teaches to how your body feels that morning, not just running through poses. You can tell she’s tuned into breath, energy, and mindset as much as alignment. We begin with gentle sun salutations that wake everything up slowly. No rushing, no forcing. By the end you feel warm, mobile, and mentally clear in a way that actually sets you up for the day ahead. If you want yoga that feels caring, grounded, and more than just exercise, this is it. I leave every time feeling centered and ready to go.
