The class was challenging but had options to either push yourself or stick to the basics. It was a lovely small group, and I really appreciated the helpful guidance whenever I got a little lost. So glad I booked it!

Sam offers outstanding guidance and facilitation, and she creates a safe, calm and therapeutic space in the gorgeous Luna Wave studio, where we do the hard work! The playlist is always fantastic, as well. I am so grateful for Sam and her breathwork sessions.

She has such a lovely way of making you feel cared for and completely at ease, even if you’re a beginner. You can really feel how much she puts her heart into what she does.
