She has the music banging but we can still clearly hear her. She gives tips on resistance - tweaks here and there that make a difference (and save your back!). And when you think you can’t push yourself anymore she gives you a ‘make too self proud’ or ‘just 20 seconds to go’ and Really does help get me through the class and push myself.
