ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoyed this class. The venue was really clean, and the staff I had spoken to seemed really friendly and not intimidating at all. At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)

It does however have very large windows which provided lots of natural light and air.. The class was not full so it allowed 1 person per pole.
