I loved everything about it - having the extra 15 mins rly allowed us time to enter slowly into practice and then the practice itself was fantastic. Everything flowed together and it was just the right amount of challenging while still being meditative and calming. Also great time of the day - good point at the end of the day when I need a burst of energy and then wind down. Lovedddd it!

I like my massages to be very very firm which she was able to do. Both of them are welcoming and the place is clean. Seconding instructions of going into the mall, turning left and looking for unit 22 by the door. She is also very skilled with the singing bowls and creates a beautiful sound bath experience that is genuinely immersive and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to shorten or remove the introductory meditation and breathing section and really limit the talk at the beginning. For me, this part doesn't add much value as the meditative aspect is already naturally incorporated into both the yin practice and the sound bath. I would much rather use that time for additional poses or a longer sound bath, which are the real strengths of the class.
