ver todas as avaliaçõesI don't usually come to this studio as it's a lot of credits but today's class was simple magic. I arrived a rushed ball of stress and left floating on a cloud of serity. Ellen is a wp wonderful teacher and the rhythm, flow, soundtrack challenge and mindfulness of the class was so perfectly fitted to my needs that I felt it was made for me (I suspect everyone feels that way in Ellen's classes). Thanks for turning my stressful day around. Looking forward to the next class already!

I have done two hot yoga classes so far and the first one was just a bit over one hour. I really felt the heat during the last 30min which was lovely and challenging at the same time!

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat teacher who offers very interesting sequences and poses that feel particularly well thought out compared to some other classes that always repeat the same very simple poses. She is also very skilled with the singing bowls and creates a beautiful sound bath experience that is genuinely immersive and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to shorten or remove the introductory meditation and breathing section and really limit the talk at the beginning. For me, this part doesn't add much value as the meditative aspect is already naturally incorporated into both the yin practice and the sound bath. I would much rather use that time for additional poses or a longer sound bath, which are the real strengths of the class.
