If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

Also I feel students should have to wear something on their feet and not be barefoot, it feels unsanitary for people to put their feet through the straps as that surface isn’t easily cleaned with the cloth and spray we use at the end of class and overall having your barefoot on the machines.

My only suggestion is to adjust the videos to be inclusive with the spring suggestions. Right now it says “women” and “men” for suggested spring resistance and it’s not inclusive, especially considering we are in NYC. Love the model of the studio and would love for it to be inclusive and supportive of all genders of Pilates lovers.

She even did a bit of aromatherapy during shavasana. The studio is so cute, and minimally decorated with plants and fairy lights. What a lovely way to end the week!
