I was a little disappointed it seemed the riders didn’t know Beyoncé’s music too well so their energy was low (or maybe we were all working hard) but cyclists pls come with some ENERGY for Beyonce SoulCycle next time!! I felt challenged in the class in a great way. The lovely girl at the front desk who pulled off leopard print leggings was sweet too! Will definitely be back!

I recommend having some yoga experience before this particular class style as we jumped into poses without much cuing to alignment. Which was totallyyy cool since most of the class seemed to know what was going on and we were doing strength exercises within the pose. I would definitely return to Heatwise!
