see all reviewsI’ve been coming to her classes for a few weeks now and I feel very different about my practice. I improved a lot. Her hands on assists are super helpful and she is aware of all the levels of the students in the studio. She offers something for everyone and is very inclusive. I want to end with a thank you and that I am very grateful.

see all reviewsGood class but too loud! I usually wear earplugs to Pure Barre classes here, but have an ear infection so asked the instructor to keep the music at a moderate level. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

see all reviewsIulia is great, probably one of my personal favorite yoga instructors of all time. Highly recommend trying this class if you want a no-frills practice and someone that will hold you to a higher standard and motivate you. It felt great for someone that’s sore from otherwise sitting at work and strength training.

see all reviewsHonestly, this is my first pregnancy and I was not expecting to have this much lower back pain as I’m a pretty active person and lift 3 times a week before and during this pregnancy. Turns out - it happens to everyone! Desperate for some relief, I came to this class to stretch my back out and maybe meet some other pregnant ladies - I’m totally addicted. Instructor is fantastic, encourages us to take breaks if we need it, but it’s truly gentle enough for any pregnant mama.

She’s always encouraging us to try new poses, even if we think they are out of our wheelhouse, and creating a fun and safe space for us to play around. If you are looking for a comfortable and lighthearted (sometimes even silly) class, Hailee is your girl.
