    The Candlelight Restorative Yoga

This was a great restorative class! I had a headache walking in and was nervous what to expect - to my surprise it was VERY relaxing. The burning of the sage was also a very nice touch. Definitely what I needed after a crazy week!

I’ve been coming to her classes for a few weeks now and I feel very different about my practice. I improved a lot. Her hands on assists are super helpful and she is aware of all the levels of the students in the studio. She offers something for everyone and is very inclusive. I want to end with a thank you and that I am very grateful.

    IN-STUDIO - Open Level Yoga

Good class but too loud! I usually wear earplugs to Pure Barre classes here, but have an ear infection so asked the instructor to keep the music at a moderate level. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

Iulia is great, probably one of my personal favorite yoga instructors of all time. Highly recommend trying this class if you want a no-frills practice and someone that will hold you to a higher standard and motivate you. It felt great for someone that’s sore from otherwise sitting at work and strength training.

    Prenatal / Gentle Yoga

Honestly, this is my first pregnancy and I was not expecting to have this much lower back pain as I’m a pretty active person and lift 3 times a week before and during this pregnancy. Turns out - it happens to everyone! Desperate for some relief, I came to this class to stretch my back out and maybe meet some other pregnant ladies - I’m totally addicted. Instructor is fantastic, encourages us to take breaks if we need it, but it’s truly gentle enough for any pregnant mama.

Hailee’s Tuesday vinyasa class has been a staple in my week for a few months now, and I can’t recommend it enough. Beginners Ashtanga Yoga

My first venture into Ashtanga after a good bit of hatha and vinyasa classes and I’m happy I went! It was a satisfying class, fairly fast paced, good stretching, precise. Overall the vibe is more serious than some others. A true beginner to any yoga might struggle to keep up. Loved the long shivasana.
