One small note to potentially be aware of, was that at the end, the front desk requested me to pay taxes (it was only $6 for taxes for the service I received, I think, but I was surprised because I haven’t had that request previously with ClassPass, and am not clear what ClassPass’ policy is on additional separate fees, other than tipping, of course). One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great!
