I chose the carrot ginger salad dressing which was amazing. I found the portion size to be great. If I didn’t use credits, it would have been 14. This is a casual restaurant. I ate alone, but definitely a place with a lot of seating available making it great for having space to speak to someone else during your meal. I’ll definitely be returning!

I got an opportunity to use dumbbells, which I’m glad bc I rly want to ease into lifting. I felt strong while doing it and I felt challenged bc we did interval between lighter and heavier weights. The instructor was high energy but not in an overwhelming way. Things to be mindful of is let the instructor know if you accessibility needs. I noticed they didn’t begin the class with asking or telling people if need a modification to let them know. Once I did tell them my body was not gonna do too much jumping the instructor shifted or gave me modifications.
