It was a little difficult to see her from where my mat was and the studio itself was hard to find in the building- I’d recommend arriving early if this is your first time to make sure you have enough time to locate the suite and get situated.

Important note, the set up of this space is like a public gym, so you should bring noise cancelling headphones for the compression sleeves and maybe ear plugs for the infrared sauna, because the noises in the gym are amplified in the sauna room.

My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!

The restroom was not very clean and the room where the sauna is located is quite small and also could be a little cleaner. Would have appreciated more towels. The sauna itself is clean and nice, just enough room for me to lie down, I’m 5’10”. I wish they offered longer time slot bookings on classpass as I prefer a 60 min session.
