ver todas as avaliaçõesRose was incredible! The whole experience is overall so great and I leave feeling so elongated. The heating pad and theragun to start helps prep your body for the stretches. I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.
