    Newcomer Dance Class

Our class of 3 - led by Arantza - was a lovely introduction to basic dance steps in foxtrot, tango, and waltz. Another teacher stepped in when we had to practice, so we rotated partners and practiced solo as well: both modes were very useful in perfecting the steps. Arantza also shared helpful pointers to make the steps more elegant: crucial for the beginner - like me - who often needs pointers to dance gracefully while keeping track of the steps themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the class to any beginner exploring western dance forms. They also have more focused classes on bachata, salsa, waltz etc that might be of interest to the practiced or returning dancer.

The instructors are professional and friendly, but the class schedule doesn’t align well with the times listed on ClassPass. It’s a 30-minute intro session mainly designed to promote their courses. Those looking to take classes through ClassPass might find this disappointing.
