As A PT and coach I want to congratulate a Molly for the great flow and chain exercise done on her first part of the class I really felt it every single muscle of my body and them a great 1/2 hour of yoga were her voice guidance took my mind to another part of the universe ending the practice in peace , happy and lots of love . Thanks Molly ( my Beast ) for always been yourself and practice what do you preach . Namaste .

With her instruction, I was able to be completely present in the moment and felt incredibly refreshed after class. She is encouraging, informative, and cares to make sure your form is correct. She offers modifications to make the class more or less challenging. Low pressure atmosphere where you can really grow and feel sure that you are just as entitled to the space as anyone else.
