It was my first time, and I was a little nervous, but Chelsea made me feel very welcome from the start. She was also attentive throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and supported. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to join another class in the future. Highly recommended!

I felt sooo happy after the session!!! I’ll definitely come back! Only one small note regarding the staff, I felt a little uncomfortable, almost like I wasn’t really welcome to use the facilities. Apart from that, the experience with the class and instructor was honestly exceptional.

Showers are clean and they provide you with towel. As most places in Dubai, parking is a little tricky but no big deal once you familiarize yourself with the building and navigating yourself around. However the class was only 35 minutes long including warm up and warm down.. for the amount of credits especially it should be atleast longer than 45 minutes!! that is the standard in Dubai. The strength class really delivered on its name — I was able to lift a good amount of weight while also learning how eccentric movements can be executed on the reformer, which is something you don’t get to do easily lifting in the gym.
