She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.
