Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

The studio is nice and relaxing too. The only downside was the studio was still closed when I arrived early, and there’s no shower room. But overall, it was a great experience.

The strength class really delivered on its name — I was able to lift a good amount of weight while also learning how eccentric movements can be executed on the reformer, which is something you don’t get to do easily lifting in the gym. Ezran was a fantastic coach and gave clear, effective guidance throughout. A 10/10 session — really good for strength training.
