I’ve tried Oxygen Yoga at other locations, but this one stands out, and it’s all thanks to Deja. Her energy was unmatched! She kept the class interactive, stayed super engaged, and brought so much positivity and enthusiasm. Truly a next-level experience—I wish I could attend her classes more often!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI recently attended a Pilates class on a Tuesday, and overall, it was a nice experience. The class size was small, with about six people, which made it feel more personal. The workout itself was more traditional than I expected, focusing on the mind-body connection with a bit of a yoga twist. While I appreciated the approach, I was hoping for something more intense that left me with that post-workout burn, but the reps weren’t long enough for me to really feel it. That said, Tammy, the instructor, was super nice and welcoming. I might try other classes to see if they’re more my style.

I took deep breaths and strengthened my whole body while moving through the steps, accompanied by soothing natural sounds. The pleasant scent in the room added to the experience, making me feel refreshed and revitalized after the class.
