I often had to apologize for accidentally touching someone next to me because of how cramped it was when the class was full. Reid said that he was a sub for Madeline. I'll be back either way, because I enjoyed the class.

This session included more focus on upper body stretches. I was more in need of lower body stretches, but I still found immensely helpful and I got into a good meditation rhythm.

I appreciated their approach to the class- incorporating setting intentions and meditation without it feeling imposing or rigid. Everything felt intuitive and flowed seamlessly. In terms of power yoga, this class didn’t feel as strenuous as other studios i’ve been to. But I wasn’t disappointed by what was offered. I still got a sweat in. Their cuing was easy to follow and the class was a great way to start off my day. The studio is super clean, easy to find and they provide mats and blocks. There’s also a water station. Highly recommend! So glad this studio opened up in the neighborhood.
