April has lots of classes every day so there's lots of time frames to choose! if you don't have a mat, she will give you one but make sure you bring a towel because the mats are slippery! Vinyasa style class in a heated room, but not very hot! Open to all levels. Class description says power but don't let that deter you. This class was beginner friendly.
