While I struggled to do the core workouts, the explanation and assistance was extremely helpful! If you’re debating, just try Starter50 a few times and see where it goes. I’ll definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is undoubtedly the hardest class I’ve ever taken. However, Nora was great. She was funny. She was attentive and very encouraging. I definitely need a lot more starter classes before moving onto the next level. I learned a lot about myself taking this class mainly my core isn’t strong at all 😂😂

I love the music she plays and each time I’ve taken her class it’s been completely different, using a variety of equipment which is exciting to me as it’s a challenge! She readily offers modifications and I appreciate how she circles the room paying close attention to form and giving suggestions. I’ve taken tons of mat Pilates classes at several studios and hers are top tier.
