While I struggled to do the core workouts, the explanation and assistance was extremely helpful! If you’re debating, just try Starter50 a few times and see where it goes. I’ll definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesCarolyn was awesome! She was super kind, warm and welcoming upon arrival. This was my first time at Thrive and my second time taking a reformers type class (first time was Solidcore). She provided ample amounts of cues, corrected form when necessary and had fluid movement throughout each portion of the class. I am fitness instructor in Philadelphia, so I am not a novice to working out / fitness. I appreciated that the class was beginner friendly, but also offered opportunities for advanced movements to make it more challenging for returners. With a deep history of teaching, I was super impressed to hear that Carolyn was new to the studio. Great class, instructor, and studio!!!
