I called ahead of time to ask some questions about the sauna experience and to confirm my appointment. The employee that picked up the phone answered patiently. They provide you a face towel and body towel for your first time. Have to bring your own water and additional towels, boxed water, cold towels you can pay as an add-on for a few dollars. You get your own individual and private room for the sauna experience. The lights are so cool and you can use the remote control to change colors. 2nd floor is the infrared sauna rooms. 1st floor when you walk in is a cute cafe area where you can buy smoothies and drinks. I would definitely come back again after work!
