Heather was super kind and gave me a quick adjustment tip during a squat hold that helped me get the most out of the movement. I recommended my wife come with me next time and she’s excited to. ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this class. The instructors were so welcoming and as a first timer it was very welcoming. They were both on the floor to assist and most importantly watch form so you get the best workout in the PROPER form (a hard thing to find in group fitness sadly). I loved it!

However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

The gym itself was clean yet stocked with a wide range of weights and equipment, the music was motivating, and the format of rotating stations was as fun as it was challenging. Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.
