The only down side was someone ended up snoring next to me (good for him but not for me lol) But overall really cool experience and love this studio space everyone is so kind and welcoming!

The instructor created a friendly atmosphere and explained everything clearly, and the other participants were kind and encouraging as well. Thanks to them, I felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy the class. I highly recommend this class to anyone, especially if it's your first time trying Barbell!

ver todas as avaliaçõesWOW. I’m speechless. (Figuratively of course. Here comes the speech…) I booked a float therapy experience and that was better than I could’ve imagined. Everything was so intentionally curated, they really thought of everything to make the experience the most relaxing it could possibly be. From contact solution to fresh water to rinse your eyes to ointment to protect any scrapes from the salt, they really killed it. It is also immaculately clean - I couldn’t point out a single thing that grossed me out, and I am PICKY about that. After the session, they have a little room with a ton of amenities to close out the experience. Dyson hair dryers, curl cream, dry shampoo, combs, lotion, etc etc, which made for a luxurious way to transition back to reality. I did have a few fears going into the session (what if it’s scary in total darkness? what if I’m bored?) but they were no problem whatsoever. When I’m rich, you can be sure I’ll be here every week!

If you’re going to the float be sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting salt on (I forgot) and bring your own lotion if you’re vegan or plant based because their option is a goat milk cream. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to be back!
